A blog "owner"* who believes that their blog is sacred and that no one should dare post anything to it their didn't create or think of, or suggest that their visitors see something else that might be helpful or relevant to the subject of the blog. Blog-nazis are frequently blog-snipers.
The difference between Blog-nazi and Blog-Nazi, is when you are speaking in the generic (those people are such Blog-nazis), or specifically about a person (Bob is such a Blog-Nazi!).
